Prayer Requests

Thank you in advance for your faithful prayers and support! :)

CONSTANT PRAYER FOR:
1. Rest- that I would sleep well leading up to and during the trip
2. Health- remain in good health during the trip
3. A Sense of Humor- 2 things to laugh at daily (with respect and kindness)
4. Smooth language and culture acquisition
5. For a sensitive heart and awareness of ways to serve and love the missionaries and nationals there
6. For forming good relationships with the locals and missionaries
7. For the Thais and Taiwanese to be open to hearing about Christ and His saving grace
8. Most importantly, for God to be glorified through this time in Thailand


CONSTANT SPECIFICS:
1. Mayer Family- missionaries here; and I homeschool their two boys, Noah and Luke; for strength for the parents as they learn to balance culture, kids, spending time with each other, and learning the language
2. For my roommates Sarah and Andrea- as they homeschool and care for the little ones around them; for strength for each day as the heat makes things even more exhausting; and that God would guide their steps for future parts in missions and/or working with children
3. For Phil, Jasmine, and Michelle- missionaries who do student ministry here in Thailand; the students are on break until the beginning of June when it will start back up; please pray for new friendships built amongst the students, for creative ways to reach out, for continual language learning, and that they would also continue to rely on the Lord for the strength they need for the day to day
5. For all missionarious here: to help keep our focus; it's easy to put the focus on our own strengths/weaknesses and forget that we serve a God who is our strength and who is the only One who builds up churches and leads people to know Christ
6. For homeschooling- and the challenges and joys it brings

Monday-Friday, April 22-26- YOUTH CAMP
1. For youth speakers- a wonderful Thai couple who have a passion to see the youth ministry in Thailand grow and to see youths reclaiming their identity and that this identity would be founded in Christ
2. For the youth who struggle with gay/lesbian feelings- that they would seek Christ first and ask for His help in overcoming that temptation
3. For the Christians in Thailand who struggle with gay/lesbian feelings that they would seek good, godly, older mentors that can help hold them accountable and be in prayer for them


Wednesday-Sunday, April 10-14- SINGBURI TRIP
1. Will be in Singburi with a British Missionary Couple- the "K's"
2. For the children's ministry the "K's" are running as well as the friendship-evangelism they're doing as well
3. For strength for the "K's" as they are learning to still balance life in Thailand, and also learn to say "no" to doing too much :)
4. For Watson- a young teen from Singburi who is I think has accepted Christ in his heart, but is afraid to "be" a Christian as his family would be against it- that God would grow him into a strong, confident man in the Lord and that Watson would accept Christ if he hasn't already

Tuesday-Saturday, April 2-6- KID'S CAMP
1. For the kid's camp at Manarom Conference Center in Thailand- that those who don't know Christ would desire to know God for themselves and to live for the One who created them
2. For the staff at the kid's camp- for strength at camp; and to continue living for God outside of camp and in work/university
3. For Git- a good friend and brother in Christ that I met at camp; that he would seek the Lord for boldness in reaching out to his friends and peers at university

Sunday, March 24- OFF TO THAILAND
1. Praise: All funds in! All Glory goes to God! And many thanks to all of you for your prayers and support!
2. Praise: For many prayer partners- I lost count!! Thank you to all of you who have committed to covering me in prayer as we serve Him together in Thailand/Taiwan.
3. Praise: For the quick response of many to donating stickers and candy- I have suitcase full of it and it weighs 50 lbs (the limit)!!! Many, many thanks!
3. For packing and last minute to-do's- that I would prioritize well and it would all come together
4. For safe travels on Wednesday when I leave- I have 3 connections and 1.5 days of travel! Please pray for smooth connections, timely take-offs, safe flights, and restful sleep while on the plane.
